The EGI-OH IKA SHIME is a stainless steel tool designed for ikejime (the humane dispatching of cephalopods). It allows you to quickly put your catch to rest, preventing suffering and ensuring the meat remains more flavorful. This tool also features a hollow needle to straighten the hooks' basket branches that may have bent after intensive use or snagging. Additionally, it has a safety cap for easy transportation.
