Nicknamed the 'troublemaker' by the Japanese, the Nabura Deka is a super nervous jigging spoon. Its very realistic shape will remind you of the shape of many lures, which generally try to be discreet. A deadly technique is to "skipper" it to the surface, that is, to retrieve it so quickly that it bounces back to the surface.
