The Slash Beat is a metal jig developed for vertical fishing under the boat. Its elongated profile and its weight distribution to the tail give it a fast speed of falling and so make it an ideal jig for fishing for important depths. Nevertheless it is able to fish at low speed and is particularly suitable for slow jigging type animations.
